The most important thing is that if you carefully follow the advice that I am about to give you, you can avoid incurring penalties or other unwanted sanctions.

As you can see in the following paragraphs, the procedure to follow changes according to your contract, depending on the type of cancellation to be made and the time in which it is made. In principle, to withdraw from the contract it is enough to fill out a specific form and send it to Eolo by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or Certified Email (PEC).     Eolo cancellation: expenses and return of material

    Before we get down to business and see how to cancel Eolo, it seems correct to make a recapitulation concerning costs and equipment return.

    Regarding the costs to be incurred, these can vary significantly depending on the stipulated contract, but generally it goes around 20 to 80 euros. To check the exact costs that will be incurred, I advise you to go to this page, download the contract of your interest (eg. EOLO contract, EOLO Fiber Contract, EOLO voice contract, etc.) and take note of what is reported in paragraph containing information about withdrawal and termination.

    Are you in possession of a apparatus or device that Aeolus has granted you on free loan or that you have hired it, you will have to return it once the contract is definitively closed. The supplier himself will provide you with all the necessary information for the return of the equipment.

    For example, if you have theantenna necessary for the use of the EOLO service, immediately after the definitive closure of a subscription, a technician in charge will contact you who will take care of the removal of the antenna and other devices that are still in his possession.

    In other cases, however, you will have to return the devices by sending them by courier, the cost of which is borne by Aeolus, in the case of devices loaned for use, or by the customer, if instead they are rented devices. The provider will provide you with all the necessary information through communications that will be sent to you via email when the contract is definitively closed.

    If you do not return the equipment within the established period, it will be fulfilled sanctions Very salty. For example, if the rental equipment is not returned within 30 days after the end of the contract, you will be charged 12 euros for each day of delay.

    Please also note that in cases where the signed offer provides for installment payments that are still in progress (for example, in relation to activation or devices included in the offer), when you unsubscribe from the contract, you will have to continue paying installments until the expected natural ends, or weld everything in a single solution.

    Cancellation within 14 days

    If you have subscribed to your Eolo subscription remotely and / or outside the company's business premises, you have the opportunity to use the right to reconsider in ancient 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. In other words, you can end the Aeolus cancellation without having to pay a single euro and without having to deal with bureaucratic requirements of various kinds. Not bad, right?

    You can exercise the right to reconsider by notifying in writing (within 14 days after signing the contract) and sending it by registered letter A / R (in advance by fax to the number 02/335170600) at the following address (with a copy of your valid identity document attached).

    Please note: Exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days after signing the contract will allow you to receive a refund of the payments you have made. However, for your part, you must return the equipment received without delay and within 14 days from the date of communication to Eolo of the change of opinion.

    Cancellation after 14 days

    As always indicated in the Service Charter, cancellation can also be made after poor service with lack of restoration by the manager, after a unilateral contractual modification on his part.
